By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time if you are caught doing anything against our policies. We also reserve the right to update our policies with time; whenever it's essential for sustainable development and growth of 'Materials World'. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express wrote permission by us.

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.

Section 2: Refund Policy:

Not eligible for any circumstances. See the detailed privacy policy given in the separate section.

Section 3: Study Materials' Data Sharing:

This copyrighted study materials includes every content provided by 'Materials World' for the purpose of study including PDF Notes, Recorded Video Lecture etc.

Those who have joined 'Materials World' for 'regular live class batch' will be given drive access for PDF Notes. These PDF Notes will be non-downloadable and non-printable. Students will have this PDF Notes access for unlimited time. The non-downloadable and non-printable drive access policy is just to limit reproduction, repurpose, distribute, perform, or selling of the work to avoid the punishable act: copyright infringement. Copyright infringement also includes multiple logins from multiple IP Address. Drive access for recorded video lecture will be for limited time and will not be avialble after GATE exam of particular students enrolled/admitted in particular 'Materials World' regular live class batch.

Section 4: Data Sharing:

We can use your name for our promotion activity.

Section 5: Admit Card/Scorecard:

We will ask for admit card/scorecard/screenshot of your result. You'll be obliged and hereafter bound to share these data. In case of stydents' denial, students will be responsible for the action taken as per consumer compliance, OCC Govt. of Ind. It is being asked so that it can be shown that you have been using our platform for Materials World Test series/Study Materials/Previous year solved papers.

Section 6: Copyright Law

All the test series and study materials are protected and owned by Materials World under Copyright Law. Reproduction or retransmission of the content, in whole or in part. in any form, or by means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, or otherwise, without the prior written consent of Materials World is a violation of Copyright Law. Any sale/resale/sharing of the content (online content, printed) is punishable under law.

Should I share access to the course with my friends?

Not in any case! We have enabled the following security features for our courses which can get you in legal and financial issues upon sharing course access/content: If you are wise, you won’t share it with anyone else, because in case your friend with whom you shared your login ID-password shared/spread some of the content publicly, it is you who will get into legal trouble. If you are doing it, your course can get blocked any time by our team. If you are doing it, we would highly recommend you stop for your own benefit. Our Content Security Team is keeping a watch on the number of logins and reading times for every account. If you have shared your access with others, this time will exceed by 2 – 3 times, may get your course disabled.
